If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from photific.com for any reason you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment. We send refunds to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending upon the credit card processor and your financial institution.
Photific License
The Photific License allows for use of the images and assets created by Photific products and services to be used for personal and commercial use. You can use the images and assets created using Photific products and services in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects for a single user. The license does not allow for uses where the Photific products or services contribute to the core value of the product or service. You may not redistribute or resell Photific products or services, in whole or in part, in any manner. All products, templates, and images created by Photific products and services are governed by the Photific License. When receiving a refund you are cancelling your license and you agree to delete all mockup files.
